Existing Customers First Time Sign-in:

  1. Set Your Password by Resetting Your Password (we know you never had one) – Set / Reset Password

  2. Enter Email or Cell Phone # for Reset Link

  3. Check Email / Text Messages for Reset Link

  4. Click the Link & Reset Password

  5. Once you have reset your Password please check your contact information and pet profile to ensure all data is up to date and correct.

Existing Clients Returning Sign-in:

  1. Visit the client portal and sign in using the PW you have set – Go to Client Portal

New Client Registration:

  1. Complete the New Client Registration – Registration Form

  2. View & Sign Waiver(s) 

  3. Enter Pet Profile Information

  4. Upload Vaccination Records for faster review
